We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@bareonthebeach.com.
EXCEPTION/ NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as personalised items or FINAL SALE. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of pierced goods, swimwear and hosiery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please be aware that we do not offer a free return service and we always recommend that you use a tracked delivery option.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us at info@bareonthebeach.com with in 24 hours of receiving the item. Don’t forget to include your order number and name so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
